Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the exascale.build API and website (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service
exascale.build provides programmatic, source-cited access to normalized US public data (e.g. U.S. Energy Information Administration datasets) over MCP and REST. It is currently offered free of charge, subject to fair-use rate limits, and is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to overload, disrupt, or circumvent rate limits or security controls of the Service.
- Don't use the Service to violate any law, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Don't misrepresent the Service's output as official or endorsed by the underlying data publishers.
Data & accuracy
The data the Service returns is derived from third-party public sources. We normalize it and attach citations so you can verify each value against its original source. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any data, and the Service does not constitute professional, investment, legal, or financial advice. Verify anything you rely on against the cited source.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, exascale.build and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept them. Questions: team@exascale.build. See also our Privacy policy.
